The Recruit Tracker

The Recruit Tracker is a database program that I have been developing for over a year. It is a program designed to help college coaches organize their recruiting efforts. This program can change the way that you store information. We built it in the scout/college coach in mind to help you save time, be efficient, and most importantly stay organized. The main features of the program are the following:

• Create Player Profiles on all High School/JUCO Players
• Enter schedules of all High School,JUCO,AAU Programs that you recruit from
• Store scouting reports from any game, event, or camp that you attend that saves in each player’s profile

• Enter player communication information to be able to log when you called, emailed, or sent mail to a recruit
• Keep track of player grades and ACT/SAT Testing
• Organize your recruiting classes to list them by Class, Rating, or State
• Create team directories automatically as you update your player information to be able to have rosters for programs that you recruit from instantaneously without any extra work on your part
